Strength Training

With the ubiquity of the internet, smartphones and the various health posts, it's fast becoming common knowledge that the optimal way to burn fat is a to begin a strength training routine and combine it with proper nutrition. My approach to strength training is that every person needs to be pushed and incentivized in different ways as we all have different goals we want achieve. My approach to proper nutrition is to eat quality ingredients, in the right amount, and at the right time.
I use my education and experience as a basis for staying current with the latest trends in physical fitness and I work hard to adapt, customize, and simplify routines for my clients that target those muscles that burn the most amount of fat and alleviate existing physical fitness issues. My clients often tell me that the workouts push them outside of their comfort zone without raising their stress levels during, as well as after, the workouts. Instead, my clients find that the intensity of our workouts allows them to focus, de-stress, rest, and even sleep better.
I am versatile and adaptable to each client's needs to ensure that first and foremost, they remain injury free. Secondly and importantly, I challenge them to target their biggest muscles or their areas of pain. Thirdly, I slowly and gradually increase the intensity of the workouts to make sure that they are achieving appropriate results. My clients enjoy and appreciate the results we achieve together – they know how important it is for me to become a positive influence in their lives and contribute to their physical and mental well-being. Simply put, to me, each of my clients is a lifetime friend.
