Older adult fitness

Ever since my time as a professional athlete, I have dedicated my time researching the key factors to prolonging youth, preventing osteoporosis, arthritis, diabetes, high blood pressure and numerous other age-related diseases. There is no doubt that being physically active will help you stay strong and fit enough to keep doing the things you like to do as you get older. Making exercise and physical activity a regular part of your life will improve your health, help you maintain your independence as you age and improve your overall quality of life.
From my research and personal experience, I have learned that by focusing on particular muscle groups one can dramatically improve their posture, strengthen their lower back as well as alleviate lower back pain, which will make you more mobile and will lower your chances of getting injured. My goal as a personal trainer is to impart all of my experience and knowledge to you so that you can reach your goal of a healthy, active life.
