"We are what we eat" - to succeed in any sport, 80% is about having a balanced diet which will allow you to maintain a healthy lifestyle, build lean muscle and prolong youth at any age. From my years of experience as an athlete competing as a boxer focusing on strength and agility and as a bodybuilder striving to increase muscle mass and maintain low-body fat, I have encountered the same problem as everybody else in meeting my fitness goals. I have tried many diets in the past, but I have often failed. The diets worked, but they were not sustainable.
Over the years, I have developed a meal plan that is easy to follow. That is why all my clients have steady success. They are able to attain their desired level of fitness and body composition and are able to maintain it for the rest of their life.

Educate my clients on the role of nutrition in their fitness journey

Equipped with a Bachelor in Sports and Nutrition, I am able to break down the various food components and how they affect the body. My aim is to educate my clients on the art of balancing food to make it work for them and focus on not glorifying or demonizing certain types of food.
Quite often after a month of working out with me, my clients are surprised about how easy it is to get the results they desire. I look forward to sharing my experience and knowledge with you and helping you achieve and maintain your fitness goals.
